Currently obsessing about how (Very) Small Businesses grow with Microsoft with hypothesis driven experimentation, combined with extensive user research.

Before Microsoft, I was proud to lead the mobile app team at Phorest, with a highlight of migrating thousands of individual iOS and Android apps over to an automated build process creating beautiful React Native branded apps.

And before Phorest, I setup and ran a small digital agency Bamboo Digital, doing design, web development and marketing work for well-known startups (MyWallSt, Brightflag, Phorest) and small businesses both local and international.

And even before that, I was an English Language Teacher in Kobe, Japan.
